Luxury home construction site at golden hour

The Jenkins HOPE Foundation × GeLacy

See How Real
Wealth Is Built

An exclusive student experience led by 7-figure real estate developer Mikey Jenkins.

Exposure changes belief. Belief changes behavior. Behavior changes lives.

A Real-World Opportunity,
Not Just an Event

Hosted by The Jenkins HOPE Foundation, this experience is designed to give students something most never receive early enough—direct exposure to real opportunity.

Led by Mikey Jenkins, a 7-figure real estate developer and Owner & COO of 3D Visionz, students will step into an environment where they can see how projects are built, how decisions are made, and how value is created from the ground up.

In partnership with GeLacy, students are not only exposed to the experience—but guided to understand how what they see connects to their own future, mindset, and potential.

Led by Real Experience

DaMichael "Mikey" Jenkins is a 7-figure real estate developer, investor, and custom home designer, and the Owner & COO of 3D Visionz. With over a decade of experience and more than 100 real estate transactions completed, Mikey has built a reputation for turning vision into reality—developing properties from the ground up and consistently delivering high-value projects that outperform the market.

Raised in a family of builders and entrepreneurs, Mikey's foundation in real estate began early, learning directly on construction sites and being mentored by a master home designer. Today, he combines that hands-on experience with innovative design, strategic deal structuring, and business acumen to create developments that set new standards in their communities.

Through The Jenkins HOPE Foundation, Mikey is committed to creating access and opportunity for the next generation—helping young people see what's possible and equipping them with the awareness to pursue it.

Why Exposure Changes Everything

Most students are never placed in environments where they can see how wealth is actually created.

They are told to work hard—but rarely shown how systems, businesses, and assets are built.

This experience changes that.

By stepping into a real development environment, students begin to understand how ideas turn into assets, how businesses operate, how wealth is built over time, and how their own future can be created intentionally.
